By installing or using Document Scanner: Scan PDF (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our app on a device that you personally own or control.
You may not:

• Resell or distribute the app

• Modify or reverse engineer any part of it

• Use it in a way not expressly allowed by this agreement

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the app for any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws. Any misuse can result in immediate termination of your access to the app—without warning.

3. Updates and Termination

We may update this EULA periodically. If you continue to use the app after updates are made, it means you accept the revised terms.
We also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue access to the app at any time.

4. Data Collection

We do not collect personal information unless you willingly provide it, such as through support inquiries.
Some versions of the app may:

• Display ads

• Collect non-personal information (e.g., device ID) for analytics or ad personalization (outside of the EU)

If you're located in the EU, ads are non-personalized unless you explicitly consent to data use.
